At LOOP+THREAD , we want you to love your purchase. Since our products are custom-made to order, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under certain circumstances. Please review our policy below:

Order Issues

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design.

  • Your order is lost in transit and never arrives.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery (or estimated delivery for lost packages) with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color).

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear after use.
