At Loop And Thread, every order is made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. Please read the details below for how we handle shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Since our products are custom-made, production times may vary slightly during peak periods.

Shipping Times

  • UK & Europe: 5–10 business days after production.

  • USA: 5–12 business days after production.

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days after production.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

  • Some international destinations may have limited tracking.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund after investigating with the courier.
